200 Hour YTT Course Overview
Our 200 hours yoga teacher training in Goa is a residential course that is meant for people who progress from being beginners to intermediates regardless of whether you’re new to the organized form of yoga or you have been learning it on your own for some time. This course takes place in Arambol where daily practice is combined with preparation for teaching, so you won’t get just a diploma but something much more.The program includes asanas, pranayamas, meditations, anatomy, philosophy, alignment and teaching technique.
